Vibrating Couple

This workshop, dispensed over two days, is designed for couples, and notably aims to give a sense of responsibility to both partners in terms of their sexual desires. It provides concrete tools that will be explained and experimented during the workshop. Therefore, everyone will leave along with means applicable to their loving and sexual reality. The sexual desire to be lived and felt by oneself, should take root in the body's reality. Activities and teachings will therefore focus on body laws and how to use them to fully experience excitement and sexual pleasure. The workshop will focus on bringing individuals and couples closer to themselves through means of opening, sharing, as well as several tools and exercises leading in that direction. You do not have to share your sexual or relational life experience with other members of the group.

Function of desire and its laws (what triggers and nourishes it)
Erotic intimacy (look, kiss, touch, words)
Sexual seduction in the couple
Body expressions enhancing sexual desire

Body language and Seduction

This workshop is mainly designed for singles, but also for anyone wishing to develop a better understanding of non-verbal language, aiming to widening the various strategies of seduction.

This workshop's objective is to put participants in touch with their strength lines; for women to incarnate the Aphrodite, and men, the Apollo. Seduction is an art to be learned, that develops, but most of all, incarnates in a non-verbal language. With body exercises, role-plays and coaching, individuals will have the opportunity to acquire concrete seduction skills.

Decoding non-verbal language in seduction
Identifying one's own limits and strength to seduce
Raising awareness on the importance of a positive self-image
Developing strategies of loving and sexual seduction
Feeling and inhabiting the Apollo and the Aphrodite in oneself
Learning how to communicate with the other sex

Incarnating your goddess

This workshop is designed for women only, who wish to get in touch with the power of their femininity and sexuality.

This workshop makes it possible for women to get in touch with their inner goddess, by visualizing her, listening to her, expressing her, dancing her, incarnating her within their body-reality as women. Each woman will learn to joyfully feel and inhabit her vagina and uterus, to honour her inner temple and symbols. Rituals will be set up to help women release some wounds, enabling the goddess' sexual energy to freely flow.

Themes studied:

Archetypes of femininity (Hera, Aphrodite, Demeter, Persephone, Hestia, Artemis, Athena)
The function of feminine sexuality
The feminine fluidity, sensual pleasure and orgasm.
Visiting and inhabiting one's inner temple: the uterus, the vagina, the heart
The goddess' wounds and healing ritual.
Honouring and celebrating the inner goddess (visualization, movement, gait, etc.)
Feeling and carrying the power of feminine energy
