The sexholistic vision of our workshops

Initially, we acquired university training based on a medical and empiric model of sexuality. However, through our personal and professional paths, we realized the importance of integrating other components in our understanding of human sexuality. As a result, we became intrigued by complementary and alternate views of sexuality, such as body and energetic approaches.

Sexholistic presumes that sexuality is indivisible; it is a location for unification of body, heart, soul and emotions. Thus, we provide magnificent workshops within the framework of this vision, which will enhance, through practical exercises, the unification of the dimensions interacting in the expression of sexuality.
